Sage — Alpha Testing
Thanks for helping us test. Here's what you should know before signing in.
Sage is an invited alpha. This is not a public product. You're one of a small group of testers helping us find rough edges in the mentor experience before we open up more broadly.
What works this week
- 2 mentors available: George Washington and Benjamin Franklin. Marcus Aurelius, Frederick Douglass, and G.K. Chesterton are coming soon.
- Full conversations with citations to primary sources.
- Council debates where two mentors discuss your question together.
- Voice input and text-to-speech playback.
Known limitations
- Response times may be slower than final production targets.
- Trust progression between you and a mentor doesn't decay yet — it only grows during alpha.
- Some background tasks (notifications, re-engagement prompts) are paused.
- We may reset your data during active development if we need to test schema changes. We'll warn you first.
Data & privacy
- Your conversations are stored in our database so you can return to them across sessions.
- The team may review your conversations to improve mentor quality and fix bugs. We won't share them outside the team.
- You can delete your data anytime from the Settings page.
Report issues
Screenshots + a short description help most. Bugs, weird mentor behavior, UI glitches, slow responses — all welcome.
